1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Next Level Growth website (nextlevel.forum, kevinparsells.net) or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Next Level Growth provides mortgage and real estate coaching, educational content, masterclasses, strategy calls, and community access for mortgage loan officers, real estate agents, branch managers, and related professionals. Services include but are not limited to the CCI System program, 10X Mortgage Pro, 10X Real Estate Pro, and the Next Level Forum community.

3. User Accounts

Some features of our platform require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payments for coaching programs are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase for digital products and within 14 days for coaching programs. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 5. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including the CCI System, BDS framework, coaching materials, videos, guides, and written content — is the intellectual property of Kevin Parsells and Next Level Growth. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific financial results from participation in our coaching programs. Individual results vary based on effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. Testimonials and case studies represent exceptional results and are not typical.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Level Growth and Kevin Parsells shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: use our platform for any unlawful purpose; share, resell, or distribute our proprietary coaching content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; harass or harm other community members; or misrepresent your affiliation with Next Level Growth.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Jersey.
